Cost of Packages

We don't do 'Suck-teeth', we don't 'size you up' and check out your shoes , watch or the car you drive. Nor, do we keep our costs hidden!

 

STANDARD PACKAGE - £399  (this includes ALL setup cost).

(1) Domain* (.co.uk, .org.uk), Unlimited Hosting and Unlimited download, set up with upto 10 domain related  (non alias) POP/imap Emails.

(2) CMS (Content Management System) Admin control for:

  • the creation. deletion and alteration of pages.
  • Uploading files
  • News/Blog
  • Page editor options (through standard layout of WYSIWYG icons)
  • Control of regular 'backup' of the site content by you

(3)  Starter pages automatically included:           

  • Home Page   (Blank in readiness to add your text and pictures)
  • News/Blog Page   (set-up in readiness to add New Posts)
  • Contact Form   (Already set-up for email delivery of enquiries)

(5)  Support:

  • email support and '9-5' telephone support
  • During the first year you are entitled to upto 3 hours of telephone ‘Conference Call’ Support  
  • FREE Call back service from rafisDESIGN

You then only pay £99** on the anniversary of domain registration/transfer-in for each following year.

 

 

SILVER PACKAGE - £499

Includes all of the STANDARD PACKAGE with the addition of:

  • Branded logon-page logo. (Created from your own established business/organisation logo).
  • Control Panel to set up as many 100mb POP/imap (non-alias) emails.
  • Joint 'updating' - You can rely on us to update the content with upto 5 full pages a year. This is subject to you providing us with the data (images and words in 'Text' format) by email. This not only gives you another set of eyes overseeing your site, but also it can take the pressure of you during busy times when you do not have the time to update. 
  • Improved WYSIWYG Editor with option to colourise text and many other features.

You then only pay £120** on the anniversary of domain registration/transfer-in for each following year.

 

 

BESPOKE PACKAGES   from £699

(Cost can be subject to a 'negotiation' where more technical coding is required)

Includes all of the STANDARD PACKAGE + SILVER PACKAGE with the addition of:

  • Your input on style, colour and design of the site.
  • Choice of Layout  (Borders, background etc,.) within the constraints of the CMS template system.
  • Your images.
  • Bespoke contact/information gathering/survey pages x 2
  • The Option for 'on-site/at home' training. If road travel distance is 100 miles or less it is included in the package. Average of 3 hours training. Please Ask for details..
  • The Whole site on completion becomes your copyright.

You then only pay £120** on the anniversary of domain registration/transfer-in for each following year. 

All you need to do, with all packages, is access through your own dedicated 'LOG IN' and edit the pages.

* Only  a .co.uk, org.uk domain is supplied with these packages. Other domains are available, but will be subject to a small surcharge.
